Globeville Fall Fest Re-cap

Thanks so much to everyone that joined Birdseed Collective for the Globeville Fall Fest 2024! This successful free event welcomed all to celebrate the season, our culture, and the Globeville neighborhood. Attendees enjoyed live music from DJ Josh.0, Venus Cruz, DJ Slickback, and Don L & Friends; live mural and graffiti art from various artists; danza performance by Grupo Tlaloc; fun family-friendly activities including rain barrel painting, bouncy castle, family photos, Little Shop of Physics, and community planting; free food by Don Juan Carnitas; local vendors including Alchemy Ritual Goods, Denver Made, and Alto Gallery; informational booths from partner organizations GES Coalition, NETC, and CSU SPUR; a free pumpkin patch; face painting by Elena Gunderson; and family photos by Anthony Maes. In addition to activating the Globeville community and its businesses, the event also activated 4400 Pearl St, bringing life, beauty, and color to a vacant lot near the train tracks.
